GeoCities site updated

Took some time from the blog to redesign my GeoCities site.

I designed it to be viewed on a 1024 x 768 resolution monitor or an 800 x 600 monitor (if you close the Yahoo! ads on the right side of your screen).

Still a lot of content to revise and add, but the new design is set - it's simple, minimalist, almost childlike.

Enjoy!

New blog smell

This blog is officially one week old. I've looked under the hood, kicked the tires and driven it off the lot. It's all mine now.

Thank you for taking time away from the search engines and online shopping and 'Net porn to burn your retinas on this place.

Plans now are . . .
. . . to renovate my old Web site at Yahoo! GeoCities
. . . study CSS to design a 3-column template for this place
. . . fill out my blogging permit and submit my deposit.

Sorry there's no one week anniversary cake.

Hey vernal equinox

Today is the first day of Spring. Welcome back, Mr. Sun.

Today is the day to stand an egg on its end . . . or not?

As I am spending way too much time at Wikipedia, here's a page from the Internet Movie Database.

I think I'll go clean something 'til the meds kick in.

Design completed

Technical difficulty resolved.

My blog now looks about the same on Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Still some minor tweaks, but I'm happy with the design for now.

Firefox vs. Internet Explorer

Technical difficulty.

My blog doesn't seem to look the same on Firefox as it does on
Internet Explorer.

Please stand by.

Open

Welcome. Please wipe your feet.

In these first posts I'll type about my blog building process.

Presently I'm customizing the Rounders 3 template created by Douglas Bowman, founder of Stopdesign - changing colors, adding graphics, arranging links.

The fun begins.
